Domestic Shipping: Mupae.com, operated by Sahnarae Ventures LLC, ships exclusively within the United States.

Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because we utilize both in-house fulfillment and dropshipping, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email for each package once it has been dispatched.

Return Policy

​

• 14-Day Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Domestic Only: Shipping is limited to the United States.

• Fulfillment: Managed by Sahnarae Ventures LLC and third-party suppliers.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Restricted Items: For health and safety reasons, wellness products (supplements, Kava, Kratom), skincare, and sexual enhancement products cannot be returned once the original seal is broken or the packaging is opened.

• Process: To start a return, please visit our contact page at Mupae.com/contact and submit a request with your order number. Do not mail items back to the address on your shipping label without prior authorization from Sahnarae Ventures LLC, as return addresses vary by supplier.

• Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.​​

4. Restricted Items Shipping Guide

At Mupae.com, we strive to comply with all state and local regulations. Due to varying legal restrictions, we cannot ship specific products to the following locations:

 

Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa)

We DO NOT ship Kratom to the following states where it is currently prohibited:

We also DO NOT ship to the following specific counties/cities (even if the state is legal):

• California: San Diego City and Oceanside.

• Colorado: Denver (prohibited for human consumption).

• Florida: Sarasota County.

• Illinois: Jerseyville.

• Mississippi: Union County and several specific municipalities (e.g., Columbus, Corinth, Lowndes County).

• New Hampshire: Franklin City.

Kava (Piper methysticum)

Kava is legal in the United States; however, we strictly enforce a 21+ age requirement for purchase. Please note that while we ship nationwide, some local jurisdictions may have specific labeling requirements that we adhere to.
